• Purpose: To develop strategies to introduce Castleton Christian Church (CCC) activities to the area and target community, to develop seek-sensitive hospitality for visitors to CCC, to encourage visitors to return to CCC, and to identify opportunities to integrate visitors into the activities of CCC.
• Facets include:
  1. Visitor Target Community - Introduce CCC to target community, currently through Welcome Wagon in addition to follow-up with a welcome and information about CCC to new area residents. Also coordinate with youth basketball league for follow-up with unchurched families participating in basketball League.
  2. Visitor Hospitality (Friendship Room) - On Sunday mornings, welcome visitors by providing information and orientation about CCC, and give visitors a goodie bag.
  3. Visitor Follow-up - Call, send cards, extend follow-up invitation, invite to Wednesday night meals and other CCC functions, deliver gift to the home of recent visitors.
  4. Sunday Morning Greeters - Hand out bulletins, welcome and identify visitors, direct visitors to worship and childcare.
  5. Name Tags - Create new and replace name tags, maintain name tag station.
  6. Bridal Coordinator - Give information to prospective couples, maintain and update bridal policies/procedures, oversee wedding policy handbook, also coordinate with Property committee, worship and music ministry.
